Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment providers.

We ship Australia-wide (and internationally where offered).

Delivery times may vary depending on:

Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Ordering the wrong size or finish

  • Personal preferences regarding colour or crop

However, we will replace items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

To request a replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.

Service-based bookings (Airbnb/real estate photography) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled with reasonable notice.

All images, artworks, photographs, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Jordan Gibson Photo.

You may not:
