Thank you for shopping with Jordan Gibson Photo. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be produced and delivered. Most products are fulfilled and shipped via professional print partners, including Gelato and similar providers.


1. Production Times

All prints and wall art products are made to order. Typical production times are:

  • Fine Art Prints: 1–3 business days

  • Canvas Prints: 2–4 business days

  • Framed Prints: 2–5 business days

  • Acrylic Prints: 3–6 business days

During peak periods (e.g. Christmas, major sales), production may take slightly longer.

Once your item has been produced, it is passed to the courier for delivery.


2. Shipping Times

Australia-Wide Delivery

After production is complete, typical delivery times are:

  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express shipping (if available at checkout): 2–4 business days

Remote and regional areas may take a few extra days depending on the courier.

International Shipping (if enabled)

If international shipping is offered at checkout, typical delivery timeframes are:

  • New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 5–12 business days after production

  • North America & Europe: 7–15 business days after production

  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days after production

Customs processing and local courier delays may extend these estimates. Any duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


3. Shipping Carriers

We use a network of professional print and logistics partners to deliver orders efficiently and safely. Common carriers include:

  • Australia Post

  • StarTrack

  • DHL

  • Other reputable local courier services, depending on destination

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product type

  • Size and weight

  • Delivery destination

  • Shipping method selected (standard or express, where available)

From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly displayed and applied automatically when applicable.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking link

  • Estimated delivery window

  • Carrier information

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to begin showing movement.


6. Damaged, Lost or Incorrect Orders

Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damage

  • A photo of the packaging

We will organise a replacement at no additional cost where damage is confirmed.

Lost in transit
If your order appears delayed or lost, we’ll work with the courier to investigate.
Where an order is confirmed lost, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Incorrect address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We’re not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Split Shipments

If you order multiple items (for example, a mix of prints, canvases and framed works), they may be produced at different partner facilities and shipped separately.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment where applicable.


8. Pre-Orders, Delays & Peak Seasons

If an item is on pre-order or subject to extended production time, this will be noted on the product page where possible.

During peak seasons (such as November–December), both production and shipping carriers may experience higher volumes. We recommend ordering early to allow extra time.


9. Digital Services & Photography/Videography

Photography and videography services (e.g. Airbnb and real estate shoots) are delivered as a service and are not shipped as physical products.

Turnaround times and delivery methods for these services will be confirmed at the time of booking.
