Returns & Exchanges Policy

Please read our policy carefully before placing your order

Custom Products

All items are made to order and printed specifically for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as "change of mind," wrong size ordered, or preference differences.

Damaged / Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. We cannot provide free replacements or refunds if an incorrect address was provided.

Order Cancellations

Since production begins shortly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee cancellations once an order is submitted. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best.

Returns

Because all items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns unless the product is defective or damaged. Please contact us first before attempting to return anything, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
